How do I buy a Welcome Week Wristband?

You can buy your Welcome Week Wristband on this page. Just follow these three steps...

• Place your order and pay on this page
• A QR code confirmation will be sent to your email, keep it safe
• Come to a collection point (see below) during Welcome Week. We will scan your QR code and give you your wristband!

Welcome Week Wristband Collection Points

Wristbands collection points will be available at the below locations, dates and times during Welcome Week:

• Fri 11th - Woolmanhill Flats (11am - 5pm)
• Sat 12th - Woolmanhill Flats (11am - 5pm)
• Mon 14th - Fri 18th - RGUSU, Riverside Building, RGU Campus (10am - 3pm)

Can my parents or somebody else buy my wristband for me?

Yes, just make sure they send you the confirmation email and QR code. You will need this to collect your wristband.

Do I need to have ID?

If you are attending a late night 18+ event then you will need to show photo ID on the door to prove your age. If you are not 18 yet, there are lots of food offers and deals included the Welcome Week Wristband which you can use, but note Revolution is strictly 18+ after 6pm. Look out for the tags in our event listings, some events are 'All Ages', some are '18+' and some are '18+ after 6pm'. I turn 18 during Welcome Week, can I buy a wristband to get in to the late night events at Revolution?

Yes, you are allowed to buy a wristband if you will be turning 18 during Welcome Week, but you will not get in to any of Revolution's late night events until your birthday as your ID will be checked on the door.

Do I have to buy my wristband online?

We will have wristbands for sale at our collection points (dates, times and locations noted above) but stocks are limited. The best way to guarantee you don't miss out on a Welcome Week Wristband is to buy online in advance here.

My friend is not an RGU student, can they buy a wristband?

Of course, if you have friends that study at Aberdeen University, NESCOL, or any other University or College, they can also buy a wristband to get access to our Welcome Week events.
